 COPYRIGHT

Under Dutch copyright law only the author of a "work" has the right to – subject to any restrictions by law – publish and reproduce a work. All other parties who wish to publish and reproduce the work needs the prior consent of the copyright owner. Copyright exists upon finalisation of a "work". As determined by Dutch case law a copyright protected "work" exists only if a work should be considered as an individual creation having an original character.

Amongst others; books, musical works, photographical works, television formats, computer programmes, geographical maps, brochures, game concepts and/or oral lectures are protected by Dutch copyright law.
