Diederik has been active as an attorney-at-law since 1999 on legal issues concerning the protection of intellectual property law. He gained his international experience at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and in Cape Town.
Diederik is a creative lawyer and founder of IPLawyers (2004). His clients include well-known Dutch artists and TV-hosts, as well as international operating company SeatZac and the Dutch fieldhockey team.
His knowledge, drive and sense of humour make him a very valued sparring partner for entrepreneurs, particularly in the innovative and creative sector. During legal proceedings, his sports mentality is revealed.
